CGX102 is the most affordable acoustic-electric model currently available through the popular CG series. It costs $475.00 (the MSRP, not the actual retail price) and is the amplified version of the (also) non-cutaway CG102 model. That being said, the two share a vast majority of features and appointments. CGX102 comes in with a non-cutaway classical body (back & sides are made of meranti or nato, while the laminated top is made of spruce), standard 25-3/5" scale, stock hardware, and stripped-down styling. There`s only one available color option - Natural (w/gloss finish, chrome hardware, black binding around the body). Other notable features include a nato neck (12th fret joint, classical profile), 19-fret rosewood fingerboard (2.05" nut, side dot inlays, classical frets), classical rosewood bridge, and classical tuners.
