Aria is one of the major guitar brands from the land of the rising sun. They come with a vast and versatile catalog characteristic for Japanese brands and the bass side of the catalog is filled with numerous intermediate (from lower intermediate to upper intermediate) and beginner models. SB series deals with true intermediate models with modern design, neck-through construction, full-length scale and surprisingly good tone and playability. SB-405 is one of two five-stringers in this series. It comes with mahogany wings and maple/nato center of the body. Maple and nato laminates also comprise the neck. On the top, SB-405 features the standard five-saddled hardtail bridge and a pair of humbucking pickups. Maple/nato neck is fit with a D contour in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top.
