B25S features active electronics and neck-through-body construction. Pickups are made by Carvin and are installed in J/J pattern. Controls unit is the same as on other Brian Bromberg signature basses and it features:master volume, pickup pan knob, stacked bass with high frequencies and stacked mid with sweep knobs. Bridge department on this model is equipped with a hipshot bridge with string-through construction and five saddles. Body in B25S is solid, equipped with double cutaway and made of alder. There are no top wood covers on the list of basic specs, but Carvin makes many optional top wood covers for this model. Neck is made of maple and it is topped with an ebony fingerboard. 24 medium jumbo sized frets with a custom 12th fret inlay complete the fingerboard.
