Spire series is one of the most important electric bass guitar lines in the Dean Guitars catalog, as it offers more versatility than Metalman range. Also, it`s models look more attractive, while still retaining the aggressive design, characteristic for Dean Guitars as a brand. Focus of this series is on the rock, hard rock and classic metal players. Extreme metal players can also find the Spire series attractive, but they`ll be much better off with the Metalman models. Standard Spire model is a four-stringer with a solid and double-cut body made of mahogany wings and maple neck. Flamed maple cap is installed on the top. Standard four-saddled bridge is fronted with a pair of humbucking pickups. 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood completes the specs list.
