USA Spire is a model from the standard Spire series made by Dean Guitars. As a brand, Dean is known as a champion of metal sound and the Spire basses are pretty much on the same course. These models feature modern design, combining elements of Explorer and Thunderbird design with modern Dean features. USA Spire is the top four-stringer of the series and it ranks as a high intermediate bass on the market. It`s solid mahogany/flame maple wings are glued onto the maple neck and make for a superior base for the strong and versatile tone this model has. Standard four-saddled bridge is fronted with a pair of active humbucking pickups. Maple neck is fit with a slim and super fast contour in the back and is topped with a 22-fret ebony fingerboard.
