Freeway 5 is a five-string variant of the Freeway 4, series basic model. These two open the Freeway line and are made for the young and inexperienced players out there who want a reliable companion on their musical journey. Freeway 5 comes with a solid and double-cut body made of poplar and maple (both options are available for this model) and is paired with a rock maple neck through a bolt-on joint. Natural Semi Gloss, Midnight Blue and Pearl Black color options are available for this solid five-stringer. On the top of the body, Godin installs a standard set of hardware features, such as a five-saddled hardtail bridge and a pair of passive pickups (J/P configuration). Maple neck is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
