Shifter 5 is the five-string variant of the classic Shifter Bass. It is a part of the Shifter series in Godin catalog and it features vintage styling, along with vintage construction and tone. Body of this beautiful five-stringer is solid, double-cut and flat on top. It is made of basswood and it`s paired with a maple neck. Godin offers this one with a standard set of color options. All are finished in gloss and all feature chrome-plated hardware. On the top of the body, there is a vintage-styled white pickguard and series standard set of hardware. Five-saddled hardtail bridge is fronted with a set of three single-coil pickups. Maple neck is smooth and fast. 20-fret fingerboard on it`s top is offered in both the rosewood and maple variants.
