The super-heavy-duty BTB747 is coming back in 2018. One of Ibanez`s first commercially successful seven-string basses is making a comeback, completing the 2018 lineup of the BTB series. Two additional 1800 models (a four-stringer and a five-stringer) were also introduced into the 2018 BTB series. 747`s color palette features only one option - Natural Low Gloss (w/natural binding, Cosmo Black hardware, black plastics, matching headstock veneer). Main construction features of this juggernaut include a solid and double-cut BTB body (ash/mahogany body wings, beveled walnut top), a 9-piece neck (made of panga panga, walnut, maple), a 24-fret jatoba fingerboard (2.4" string nut, 34" scale, 37.4" radius), a seven-saddled Monorail bridge, Bartolini`s BH2 soapbar pickups, and die-cast tuners.
