SR5005E is a model from the top-notch SR Prestige series made by Ibanez. This series qualifies as a top-level line in both the terms of Ibanez catalog and the entire market. 5000 models are produced in 4-string (5000E), five-string (5005E) and six-string (5006E) variants. 5005E comes with a solid and modern double-cut body made of mahogany back and wenge top. It is finished in satin and offered only in natural color. On the top, there is a five-saddled monorail bridge with independent saddles and a pair of single-coil pickups with enough versatility to accommodate even the most demanding bass players. Neck on this model is made of five pieces of bubinga and wenge and it is bolted to the body. On it`s top, there`s a 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
