SR300 is the new leading model in the segment of affordable electric basses from Ibanez. It is the successor to the old SR300, a bass famous and loved around the world. Judging by the specs and tone the new SR300 brings, the same reputation can be expected from this one, as well. SR300 comes with a solid, double-cut body with modern contour. It is made entirely of agathis, a substitute wood for mahogany and maple on affordable basses. It features modern carved top with no special decorations. Roadster Metallic Orange, Metallic Gray, Iron Pewter and Deep Violet Metallic comprise the color palette of this model. All four come with high gloss finish. Bridge section sports the B-120 bridge with four saddles and cosmo black plating. Pickups on this model are made by Ibanez and come in S/S configuration. Master volume, balance and three-band equalizer bring ton of tonal options to the table. Neck is a five-piece with a smooth and fast SR contour in the back. 24-fret fingerboard is featured on it`s top.
