The new 2015 SR756 is a stripped down beast loaded with mighty Nordstrand pickups, selected tonewoods and top notch Ibanez hardware. The main qualities of this six-string are super versatile pickups, amazing playability and quality of build Sound Gear series is known for. Maple/bubinga body features maple base with a slightly carved bubinga cap on top. Six-string Accu-Cast bridge with top-load construction and black plating is featured on the satin-finished top. In its front, Ibanez installs the big fat Nordstrand pickups, a J in the bridge and a P in the middle position. Three-band EQ, volume and balance knobs make up the controls. Bolt-on neck is made of five pieces of jatoba and bubinga, and features a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top.
