Jay Turser is a small company from Mundelein, IL and it belongs to the US Music Corporation. Within the corporation, Jay Turser is positioned as a brand of intermediate guitars and basses with it`s focus clearly set on players who are seeking quality alternatives. Bass side of the Jay Turser catalog is made up of ten models and they`re all based on already proven designs. JTB 445 is one of them, as well. It is modeled after the famous Music Man double-cut design (Sterling and Stingray series). Solid and double-cut JTB 445 features a five-saddled bridge with chrome plating and a full-sized humbucker on it`s top. Rounded plastic pickguard is also there. Maple neck is bolted to the body and it`s topped with a 21-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
