MB305 is a lower intermediate class electric bass, perfect for players who are new to the concept of the five-stringed bass guitar. It offers modern design (reminiscent of Ibanez SR series), versatile tone, 24-frets and great playability. The only available color option is Honeyburst Quilt. MB305 starts off with an offset body, made of American basswood base and quilt maple top (2-piece top). The body is paired with a standard maple-made neck, through a modern four-bolt joint. The neck sports the comfy shallow D profile in the back and a 24-fret fingerboard on top. Electronics section sports Mitchell`s own alnico V passive pickups, installed in classic J/P arrangement. Other main features include a top-load hardtail bridge and modern die-cast tuners (both plated in black nickel).
