MB300 is a lower-intermediate class electric bass guitar, made by Mitchell Guitars. Four and five-string versions exist, both featuring bolt-on construction, J/P set of pickups, 24-fret fingerboards and flat-top bodies (Honeyburst Quilt versions come with quilt maple tops).
MB300 kicks off with a solid and flat basswood body and bolt-on maple neck. The neck joint is carved and recessed, giving an easy access to the upper frets. The D-shaped neck is topped with a 24-fret Indian rosewood fingerboard, with abalone inlay, medium jumbo frets, 1.5" plastic nut and 12" radius. Electronics unit of Mitchell`s MB300 sports a regular single-coil in the bridge and a split single-coil in the neck. Top load bridge and modern die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
