Passion models from Vigier are extravagant and elegant instruments with supreme tone and quality. Passion Custom 5 comes with a solid, double cutaway body made of three layers of wood. Bottom layer is made of flamed maple, the middle is alder and top layer is flamed maple. Carved top features a glossy varnish finish with pickguard and binding scratched from the specs list. The bridge is a five-saddle monorail. In the pickups department Vigier placed their own active single coils. They are controlled through master volume, balance and three-band equalizer. Neck on this model is made of maple and it sports a D contour. Fingerboard is made of phenowood and it comes with a set of 24 medium-sized frets, dot position inlays and 1.673" wide teflon nut. Schaller tuners wrap the specs list.
