XL series takes off where the classic STG line stops, and takes the players into the Superstrat domain. XL series models are equipped with Soloist (Jackson) styling and Aria`s own tone to keep them recognizable. This series is not as big as Soloist, RG and ESP double-cut series, but it offers a great alternative. It`s DLX model is the de luxe variant and it comes with a solid, double-cut body made of alder (alder is the series standard body wood). It`s flat on top and equipped with a bolt-on neck joint. Double-locking Floyd Rose is an upgrade compared to the STG series and it is fronted with a set of three metal-oriented pickups (HSH configuration). Bolted neck is made of maple and it is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
