Manhattan is a model from the Flagships series made by Benedetto Guitars. This model comes with a standard archtop jazz body with single Venetian cutaway. Manhattan is the main model of the Flagship series and it is equipped with a mixture of black and white binding and high gloss lacquer finish over all of five of it`s color options. They are: Natural, Opulent Brown, Claret, Antique Burst and Honey Blonde. Back and side panels on this model are made of finest European flamed maple and are covered with a spruce top, also of European origin. Top is bound in white binding and equipped with an elevated ebony pickguard. A pair of bound "f" holes is found on the top. The bridge section consists of two parts. One is the bridge piece made of ebony, it is adjustable and paired with a trapezoid tailpiece, also made of ebony. In the electronics department a Benedetto S-6 pickup is installed in the neck position. It is controlled with a volume control installed on the pickguard. Neck on this model is made of American flamed maple and it is topped with an ebony fingerboard. 21 frets, custom abalone inlay at the 12th fret, 12" radius and 1.75" wide bone nut complete the fingerboard. Bracing is made of European spruce and it sports X pattern. The scale measures 25 inches in length and the body is 17 inches wide. Price for Benedetto Manhattan is set at $19,600.
