DC4 is a model from the 22 Fret Carved Top series in the Solidbody Electric Guitars division in Carvin catalog. It is very similar to the prestigious DC6 model, due to the same lineage they share. DC4 comes with a solid, double cutaway body with a carved top. It`s made of Honduran mahogany and bound in natural binding. The bridge is a tune-o-matic and it features string-through construction. In the pickups area Carvin supplies their own active humbuckers for both the bridge and neck positions. controls are made up of master volume, master tone with push/pull and a three-way toggle switch. Neck is made of Honduran mahogany, it`s set and covered with an ebony fingerboard. 22 medium jumbo frets, 12" radius and dot position inlays complete the fingerboard.
