With ML-7 S and T models Chapman Guitars` Standard series is stepping into the seven-string territory. Armed with 26-1/2" scales, metal-oriented pickups and 24-fret fingerboards, these extreme Strat and Tele-based axes are aimed at both the pros and casual players out there.
ML-7 S is a Strat-shaped guitar with a solid mahogany body (Natural is the only color option) and a set-thru maple neck. The neck is wide, slim and finished in satin. On its top, there is a 24-fret ebony fingerboard (XJ frets, custom 12th fret inlay, 26-1/2" scale). Chapman Custom Pro 7 humbuckers fill both the bridge and neck positions, delivering a modern metal tone. Heavy duty Hipshot bridge and tuners replace the stock options found on six-string models.
