DC-2 ST is an intermediate model from the Desolation series. Desolation is Charvel`s comeback line of electric guitars with metal orientation. Models from this series are serious intermediate and upper intermediate class six-stringers with high quality of materials and build. Also, Charvel has made a very careful selection of hardware and color options. DC-2 ST comes with a solid, double-cut body made of mahogany back and carved maple top. Transparent Black, Transparent Red and Blue Smear have flamed maple tops and gloss finish, while the Flat Black is fit with plain maple top and satin finish. Tune-o-matic bridge is paired with a standard stoptail bar in the back. EMG 81/85 combo is installed in the front. Set in mahogany neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
