360 represents Collings` modern rendition of the six-decade long story of Les Paul. Hot, modern looks are combined with outstanding craftsmanship and superb tone provided by Lollar minibuckers. These pickups are active and come with split volume and tone control knobs. Besides them, these pickups are selected through a three-way toggle switch. The neck on this model is attached to the body with a hand-set mortise & tenon joint. It features a rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets, dot position inlays, 1-11/16" wide nut and 12" radius. The body of Collings 360 is a solid, single cutaway one made of a single piece of mahogany. The top is carved and made either of flamed or quilted maple. It is finished in high gloss. The bridge unit is a wrap around bridge with chrome plating.
