Halcyon series offers modern-looking metal guitars, equipped with passive electronics, long (25-1/2 and 26-1/2)" scales and 24-fret fingerboards. Modern design, set-in necks and reasonable price tags are also among the major features of the great Halcyon series. Halcyon ST (ST stands for Standard in DBZ catalog) kicks off with a solid and double-cut body made entirely of mahogany. It is topped with a SG-reminiscent black pickguard. Also, its Galaxy Red paint scheme bears uncanny resemblance to the classic Cherry Red featured on the original SGs. The neck is set-in, made of mahogany and equipped with "wide thin" back contour. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with block inlays tops the neck. Series` standard Seymour Duncan Pegasus/Sentient pickups set provides a fat, gutsy tone. Floyd Rose bridge and Grover tuners cap off the specs list.
