Dean`s Gran Sport is competing in the Super SG class of the market against the Epiphone`s G models, Schecter Devils and other double-cuts based on the iconic SG. Gran Sports, in general, feature flat-top mahogany bodies, set in necks and active pickups. Also, traditional 24-3/4" scales and two-piece bridge units are included. Gran Sport Stealth is a six-stringed metal machine with a flat-top mahogany body and a set in mahogany neck. As part of the Stealth range, Gran Sport Stealth is available only in Black Satin color with black hardware. On the top, Dean installs a two-piece bridge unit made up of a tune-o-matic bridge in the front and a stoptail bar in the back. EMG`s 81 is featured in the bridge position, while the 85 is in the neck position. These two are controlled through two volume knobs, two tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch. mahogany neck rocks the classic C contour in the back and has a 22-fret ebony fingerboard on the top. a set of Grover tuners installed on the headstock in the 3+3 arrangement wraps up the main specs list.
