Union Jack Sheraton Outfit
Sheraton is one of the best and most popular semi-hollows made by Epiphone. In fact, it is one of rare semi-hollows able to stand it`s ground when compared to the almighty ES Gibsons. Quite a few players around the world prefer the Epi double-cut. for 2014, which marks fifty years of British Invasion, Epiphone has prepared a limited edition Sheraton with Union Jack color scheme painted over Alpine White base and more than standard amount of luxury and elegance. Semi-hollow body is entirely made of laminated maple (back, sides and the carved top). Ivory binding is featured around the top. Gold-plated tune-o-matic bridge is paired with the vintage Epiphone Frequensator staggered tailpiece. Pickups used on this one are the standard Gibson minibuckers with gold-plated covers. Simple and straightforward controls unit includes two volume knobs, two tone knobs and a three-way toggle pickup switch. Slim 1960s neck is made of high quality mahogany. It features the famous period correct slim taper contour in the back and a bound 22-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top. Epiphone tuners are found on the stylish dove wing headstock. 24-3/4" scale, synthetic bone nut and classy gloss finish complete the specs list.
