E-II`s Eclipse series takes off where the LTD`s EC stopped. In other words, it offers even more quality, luxury, and performance than its budget-friendly counterpart. 2018 lineup of the E-II range brings only one new Eclipse model - E-II Eclipse-DB. It is a professional class axe, with flamboyant styling, sizzling tone, and unparalleled build quality. Purple Sparkle is the main color option, coming in with black nickel hardware, sparkle body finish, and a matching headstock. The main construction features include a solid and single-cut mahogany body base, a solid and varved maple cap, a mahogany neck (Thin U profile, set-thru joint), a 22-fret bound ebony fingerboard (flag inlays, 24.75" scale, XJ frets), a Gotoh two-piece bridge, EMG`s 57/66 pickups, and locking Gotoh tuners.
