George Lynch Electric Guitars by ESP
George Lynch is a man who needs very little introduction. A superstar, an innovator, a legend of the glam scene. Through his work with Dokken, Lynch Mob and solo albums, George has raised the bar very high for other guitarists. Also, he is a long-time ESP and LTD signature artist. His signature line is comprised of a multitude of `80s-inspired shred machines. For 2016, the affordable GL-200 Sunburst Tiger is making its debut.
New GL-200 SBT kicks off with a solid, double-cut body made entirely of basswood (the favorite body wood among the `80s shred guitarists) and is paired with a maple neck. The neck is bolted to the body and is topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard. Extra-jumbo frets, dot inlays with a custom 12th fret inlay, 1.65" locking string nut and 15.75" radius are featured on the fingerboard.
ESP-Design pickups are installed in both the bridge and neck positions. Open-coiled LH-150B is in the bridge, while a SD Hotrails-inspired LSH-100N is in the neck position (also open-coil pickup). Licensed Floyd Rose bridge and a set of LTD tuning machines complete the specs list.
