No frills, no filler, only killer, razor-sharp delivery is one of the main principles and guidelines under which the M series axes are made. These are simple, brutal guitars made for metal. No country, no blues, no pop, just metal. And high octane rock. 2016 brings several budget-friendly updates to the LTD side of the M range. One of them is the great M-50FR. This is one of the best options for young metalheads searching for their first proper metal guitar. It comes with a standard 25-1/2" scale, bolt-on construction, stock electronics, stock hardware and ESP`s classic reversed headstock. M-50FR is a solid and double-cut guitar with a Soloist body made entirely of basswood. This, along with the maple neck, grants M-50FR a very balanced tone with pretty even amount of lows, mid and highs. Flat-contoured neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with 1.65" locking nut, 13.77" radius and classic dot inlays. ESP Designed LH-150 humbuckers fill both the bridge and neck positions. They`re passive and have very high output. master volume, master tone and a three-position blade switch comprise the controls. LTD by Floyd Rose double-locking trem bridge and LTD tuners complete the hardware segment.
