MH series is one of several Superstrat series in the ESP/LTD catalog and represents a sort of a hybrid or compromise between the M and Horizon (H on the LTD side of the catalog) concepts. New LTD Deluxe MH-1001NT is a fixed bridge six-shooter with set-thru construction and the classic ESP design. It also brings LTD hardware and active EMG electronics. MH-1001NT was introduced at this year`s NAMM along with the rest of ESP and LTD novelties. Tested and tried mahogany/maple base is being featured, providing a base for the rich and powerful tone. Mahogany is, of course used in the back, while the beautiful quilted maple cap sits on top. Like the majority of the LTD additions to the 2015 catalog, MH-1001NT comes exclusively in See Thru Black with black chrome hardware and multi-ply binding around the body, neck and headstock. EMG`s 81 and 85 deliver the well known wall of sound and follow the overall dark styling with brushed black covers. Maple neck is deeply set into the mahogany body, providing an outstanding level of stability. Standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard sits on its top and a set of LTD tuners graces the pointed headstock.
