M-400R (or M-400 Rosewood, depending on how it`s styled) is an intermediate class guitar. It is a Superstrat model with that `80s flat-top shred-Strat vibe combined with modern hardware and electronics. M-400R features active electronics (a little step away from the classic shred concept which heavily favors passive electronics), bolt-on construction, 24-fret fingerboard, reversed headstock (headstock is bound and matches the body) and a locking bridge. There are two color options available for this model - Burnt Orange Metallic and Dark Green Metallic. Both are finished in gloss and equipped with black hardware.
M-400R starts off with a classic mahogany/maple chassis. Translated into simple English, M-400R has a mahogany body and a three-piece maple neck. The body is solid, flat and has a very deep lower cutaway. The neck, on the other hand, has a flat contour in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on top (abalone inlays, 1.65" locking nut, 13.77" radius and XJ frets).
M-400M`s electronics unit features EMG 81 in the bridge, 85 in the neck position, one volume knob and a three-way toggle switch. Floyd Rose Special bridge and Grover tuners complete this speed demon.
