TL-6SM is the only 2015 update of the LTD side of the Thinline series (abbreviated TL). It comes with the standard six-string thinline construction and TL series design and styling. The only really distinctive feature of this eye-catcher is its super gorgeous spalted maple top with white binding around the edges (Fingerboard and headstock are also bound in white). Aside from the natural, there are no other color schemes assigned to this model thus far. The base of the semi-acoustic body of this intermediate thinline is made of mahogany which gives strength and warmth to the tone, as opposed to the definition and brightness of the maple. On the top, the fixed rosewood bridge with Nubone saddle is accompanied by a sole stylized "f" hole on the base side. Electronics department is equipped with a classic B-Band duo - standard electret film transducer under the bridge saddle and a T-7 preamp with on-board tuner installed on the side of the body. Set in neck is made of mahogany and features the thin U profile in the back. on the top, ESP installs a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard with small dot inlays and white binding around the edges.Grover tuners wrap the specs list.
