Michael Landau is one of the best and most popular studio and session guitar players alive. He`s worked with some of the greatest musicians and bands of our time: Joni Mitchell, Seal, Michael Jackson, James Taylor, B.B. King, Pink Floyd, Miles Davis and many more. Besides that, he is also a very successful on-stage artist. Through various bands, Michael has continually been present on the big scene for the past three decades. Finally, his signature model has arrived and it brings a unique mix of period correct appointments and custom features. Body is solid, double-cut and made of hand-selected lightweight alder (body contour is the same as on Michael`s original 1968 Strat). American Vintage Synchronized Tremolo bridge is mounted on the top and it features six completely adjustable saddles, string-through construction and chrome/nickel plating. Three single-coil pickups in the front are custom wound and have a standard set of control knobs and switches. Custom oval neck is made of maple and it`s attached to the body with a bolt-on joint. 21-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood and it features 6105 frets, dot inlays and 1.65" string nut. The MSRP for this magnificent six-stringer is set at $5,200.
