Custom Albert Collins Tribute Telecaster is one sweet six-stringer from the Fender`s Artist series. It comes with a solid, single cut body made of swamp ash. This was the favorite material for Fender`s bodies back in 1950s, until it was replaced with alder. Body is flat and topped with a black pickguard as a contrast to the natural color of the wood with high gloss finish. Bridge section is equipped with a tray bridge with chrome plating and string-through-body construction. Pickups are installed in S/H configuration and they feature standard Telecaster controls unit, master volume, master tone and three-position blade switch. Maple neck is bolted to the body, equipped with C contour and topped with a 21-fret maple fingerboard. Hardware is plated in chrome.
