Mayfield Pro Maple comes as a maple-made alternative to the mahogany-made Pro model. It`s body is entirely made of maple and is combined with a maple neck for a brighter and intense tone. The body features laminated top and back panels, while the sides are solid. The top of this model is carved and equipped with bound "f" holes, white binding and a black pickguard. The bridge is a tune-o-matic with a stoptail bar and chrome plating. In the pickup section Framus opted for SH-4/SH-2 active humbucker combo from Seymour Duncan. Neck is made of maple and connected to the body with a set joint. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and equipped with 22 jumbo frets, dot position inlays and 1.6535" wide black TUSQ nut.
