Wolf Hoffmann is the most prominent and most popular Framus signature artist. Together with Accept, Wolf is enjoying the revived world-wide fame and popularity. Collaboration with Framus has proven to be very beneficial for both parties, as the German-made Wolf Hoffmann signature has become one of the most wanted and asked for signature guitars of today. For the 2014 edition of the NAMM Show, Framus and Wolf Hoffmann have prepared the Artist Series signature model. This new one (made in Germany and assembled in China) is very similar to the original German-made model. It comes with a solid V body made of maple wings and maple neck in the middle. Body and headstock of this freezing cool six-stringer feature only white paint with gloss finish and black hardware. Floyd Rose bridge is featured on the top. It`s paired with the locking nut at the opposite end of the 25-1/2" scale. EMG`s 81 is in the bridge, while the SA is in the neck position. Volume knob and the three-way toggle switch comprise the controls unit. Maple neck is topped with an ebony fingerboard with 24 narrow jumbo frets. Framus tuners complete the specs list.
