Fret King hails from United Kingdom, and represents one of the strongest and well reputed brands of electric guitars and basses. Their famed Green, Blue and Stvdio series now have a fourth sibling in Black Label series. It is a line of instruments which takes essentials from the high-end guitars and packs them into affordable models with no nonsense design. One of the Black Label model is Eclat Standard, a solid bodied, single cutaway model with mahogany body. It is covered with a carved maple top cap. There are no pickguards or bindings on this model. Eclat Standard comes in tobacco sunburst, cherry sunburst and black color. They are all finished in gloss. The bridge is a tune-o-matic with a stoptail and chrome plating. Pickups on this Eclat are Wilkinson humbuckers, placed in both the bridge and neck positions. They are controlled through master volume, master tone and Vari-Coil knob which splits the coils of the pickups. The neck is made of mahogany and it features a rosewood fingerboard. It is equipped with 22 medium jumbo frets, dot position inlays, graphite nut and 12" radius. Add a 24-3/4" scale and Wilkinson tuners, and there`s one mighty rocker. The MSRP is set at around $1,000 for all color options.
