1954 Chambered Les Paul Standard VOS is a tribute to the 1954 model from the Les Paul line. Early Les Paul models tended to vary a lot and this one was made with chambered body. Body of 1954 Chambered Les Paul VOS is made of mahogany back and carved maple top. Top panel is equipped with creme binding and white plastic pickguard. These two are beautifully contrasted with glossy ebony color scheme applied over the entire body. Bridge section is equipped with a stoptail bar, there is no tune-o-matic bridge, it was one of the variations, experiments to determine what works best for the LP. Humbuckers come with open coils for that vintage hot rod look. Mahogany neck is equipped with '50s contour and it`s topped with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
