1958 Les Paul VCS Aged Gold Top is a recreation of a 1958 Les Paul with iconic goldtop finish over the top. As the original, this model also features brown back and sides with creme binding around the top. Nitrocellulose gloss finish is applied over the body and top panel is equipped with an elevated plastic pickguard. Pickups on this model are installed in H/H pattern and they are controlled through the standard LP controls unit. Separate volume and tone knobs are accompanied by a three-way toggle switch. Bridge section features tune-o-matic bridge and stoptail bar in the back. Body is made of mahogany back and plain maple top. Neck on this model is also made of mahogany, it`s set-in and equipped ith 1950s contour. On it`s top, 22-fret rosewood fingerboard is installed.
