50th Anniversary 1960 Les Paul is a half-century tribute to the 1960 LP. It comes with a bunch of period correct features and materials, as well. Body of this model is made of mahogany back and maple top. Back is solid and top is carved, made of flamed maple. Elegant creme binding surrounds the gorgeous Cherryburst-colored top. This model is finished in high gloss. On the top Gibson installs the age-old tune-o-matic bridge with stoptail bar combo and in front of them puts a pair of Burstbucker pickups. These pickups are controlled through separate volume and tone knobs with a three-way toggle pickup switch. Neck is made of mahogany, it`s set-in and equipped with period correct back contour. On it`s top 22-fret rosewood fingerboard is found.
