Pete Townshend was, and still is one of the greatest guitar heroes to walk the face of earth and is one of the most important signature artists Les Paul ever had. Pete Townshend LP Deluxe is a luxurious single-cut guitar with solid mahogany body with plain maple top. Top is carved, bound and equipped with an elevated pickguard. Bridge section is made up of chrome-plated tune-o-matic with a stoptail in the back. Mini humbuckers are placed in the bridge and neck positions, while the middle is occupied by a DiMarzio Dual Sound. Two extra switches are for coil splitting and phase reversing. Neck on this model is made of a single piece of maple and it`s topped with a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
