Gibson Custom maintains a wide selection of SG models in it`s catalog. It is not as wide as Les Paul line, but it has something for every SG fan. This particular model is made for the players who like the SG body, but prefer single coil pickups, instead of the humbuckers. P-90s are installed in S/S pattern and they feature standard split volume and tone knobs. Pickups switch is a three-way toggle. Behind the pickups Gibson Custom installs the stoptail bar, there is no tune-o-matic bridge. This stoptail, as well as the rest of the hardware, is plated in nickel. Mahogany is used for both the body and the neck. Body is flat, solid and thin, while the neck features '60s contour and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
