Natural Satin
Explorer Pro Flamed Maple is a bit more luxurious variant of the regular Explorer Pro. Basically, all the specs and appointments are the same, except the top wood cover on this one. Body is solid, single-cut and made of mahogany back with flamed maple top. Top is flat, bound in creme binding and finished in satin. Rest of the body is also finished in satin, as is the back of the neck. Natural Satin is the only color scheme available for this model. As it is the tradition for Explorer and majority of Gibson models, Explorer Pro Flame Maple is equipped with tune-o-matic/stoptail bridge section. Open coil humbuckers are installed in the front. Mahogany-made neck is topped with a 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
