Satin Cherry
Holy Explorer is one of the most interesting models in the entire Gibson catalog. It features a solid mahogany body made with holes in it, making this axe look like an Explorer skeleton. The frame is made completely of mahogany and it features no top wood cover. Flat-top body is available only in Satin Cherry. There are no other color options on this see-through Explorer. Besides the unorthodox body construction, everything else is pretty much standard and common. Bridge section is made up of a tune-o-matic bridge and a stoptail bar in the back. In the front, Holy Explorer is loaded with 500T bridge and 496R neck humbucker. Set in neck is made of mahogany and equipped with a standard back contour. 22-fret on it`s top is made of ebony.
