Progression models belong to the Session series, as they are a variation on the double-cut Session theme. Where Sessions feature conventional humbuckers in the bridge position, Progressions are outfitted with Seymour Duncan`s JB Jr stack humbuckers (slanted like the classic Strat single-coils in bridge position). Other than that, double-cut Sessions and Progressions have no significant differences. Progression Plus HG MN is one of four currently available Progression models. Its main features include a solid and flat body (made of Canadian Laurentian basswood w/tortoise pickguard on top), solid maple neck (bolt-on neck construction, 6-in-line headstock), 22-fret maple fingerboard (1.65" Graphtech string nut, 25.5" scale, black dot inlays, 12" radius), Godin`s Tru-Loc tremolo bridge, and die-cast tuners. Trans Cream is the only available color option.
