Godin`s Session series` roster is filled with magnificent rock axes, inspired by the classic 1950s designs. There are two main types - double-cut and single-cut, with double-cuts claiming a vast majority of models. Session HG MN belongs to the double-cut section. It rocks a solid and flat body made of Canadian Laurentian basswood, bolt-on neck construction, Godin`s own electronics (a humbucker in the bridge position and GS-1 single-coils in the middle and neck slots), premium hardware, and vintage styling. There are only two available color options - Lightburst and Desert Red (both finished in gloss and equipped with chrome hardware). Other notable features include a maple neck, 22-fret fingerboard made of maple, Godin`s own Tru-Loc string-thru tremolo bridge, and die-cast tuning machines.
