Gretsch`s recently introduced Players Edition was one of the most heavily updated series at this year`s NAMM Show, claiming more than a third of all electric guitar segment novelties. G6128T Players Edition Jet FT w/Bigsby is one of the six new Players models. It comes with an intermediate price tag for a Professional Collection model (Players Edition is still officially a part of the Professional Collection), which set at $2,780. The color palette`s restricted to Black (w/gloss finish, chrome hardware, white binding). Main construction features include a chambered mahogany/maple body (plexi pickguard, white binding), a U-shaped mahogany neck (set-in joint, gloss finish), a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (thumbnail inlays, 1.6875" nut, 24.6" scale), a two-piece bridge (w/Bigsby tailpiece), Filter`Tron pickups, and Gotoh locking tuners.
