G6129TL Sparkle Jet is one flashy six-stringer hailing form the Professional Collection of the Gretsch Guitars catalog. It comes with a semi-hollow single-cut body, reminiscent of the cult Les Paul design. Despite the similarities, G6129TL features the distinct Gretsch styling and tone. Body of this unique Jet is made of mahogany back with maple top. Thick and heavy body of this six-stringer offers that full and massive tone of mahogany. Filtertron pickups installed on top of the body have a wide range of tonal possibilities and bucket loads of sustain, enough to cover the player whichever stunt he tries to pull of. Light Blue Pearl color with sparkle finish, standard three-piece bridge unit, set in mahogany neck and 22-fret fingerboard made of ebony close the specs list for this outstanding Jet.
