Korn`s Munky is a long time member of the Ibanez signature family and Korn is one of the most beloved and well accepted bands in Ibanez. Also, their unwavering popularity around the globe and constant musical quality have granted Korn a special status within the metal community. For the 2014 NAMM, along with the updates for Munky`s signature series, limited edition of the KOMRAD20, Head`s signature model is being introduced. It is a solid and double-cutguitar with beveled body, bolted neck, 25-1/2" scale and passive electronics. Body of this model is made of basswood and is paired with a simple three-piece maple neck with Wizard II contour in the back. Bridge on the top is the classic hardtail with six saddles, chrome plating and string-through construction. Pickups are DiMarzio`s PAF 7 ceramic humbuckers. Master volume, master tone and the simple three-way toggle pickup switch are featured in the controls unit. Three-piece maple neck is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard. This seven-stringer is based on the RGD series and is available only in black with the custom graphic on top and glossy finish.
