Jackson Custom Shop Special Edition Rhoads RR24 is one of two Rhoads V models in the current Special Edition series lineup. It comes with a solid and flat-top body made of top quality alder. Signature bevels are painted in black, like the rest of the body. This is, however the only color option available for the fantastic RR24 model. It`s finished in gloss and equipped with gold-plated hardware. Through-body maple neck completes this outstanding RR V. On the top, there is a licensed Floyd Rose bridge made by Jackson. It has six saddles and is plated in gold. In it`s front, an EMG HZ humbucker is installed (only the bridge pickup is installed, there is no neck pickup). It comes with a simple and straightforward controls unit made up of a master volume knob and a two-way toggle pickup switch. Quartersawn maple neck runs through the body and is fit with a very fast and smooth contour in the back. On it`s top, Jackson installs a bound ebony fingerboard with 24 jumbo-sized frets, 1-11/16" wide locking nut and abalone triangle inlays. Radius is a compound one, ranging from 12" at the nut, to 16" at the 12th fret.
