JCS Special Edition Kelly KE3H Gloss Black is one of eleven models currently residing in the Jackson Custom Shop Special Edition series lineup. This big and very costly series was put together in order to afford the players the ultimate Jackson experience and that can not be imagined without the Kelly, one of Jackson`s biggest legends. Solid and single-cut body of this gorgeous black-clad Kelly is made of mahogany in it`s entirety. It features the flat top with beveled edges and is paired with a one-piece quartersawn maple neck which runs through the body. Bridge section is equipped with a licensed Jackson Floyd Rose tremolo bridge with six saddles and gold plating. Three DiMarzio humbuckers sit in the front, in a very tight arrangement. Two volume knobs and one tone knob comprise the controls. Pickup switching is done through a three-way toggle pickup selector. This mind-blowing Kelly is available only in glossy black with white bevels and gold-plated hardware. Maple neck is very slim and very fast and offers the top class playing experience. On it`s top, there is a 24-fret fingerboard made of ebony. Jumbo-sized frets, abalone inlays, 1-11/16" wide locking nut and compound 12-16" radius comprise the fingerboard. Reverse headstock is fit with a set of Gotoh tuning machines with gold plating.
