As a no-compromise guitar player, Phil Demmel wanted to give his fans around the world an affordable instrument with killer tone and professional build quality. One of two answers was Phil Demmel PDXT V (the other one is Phil Demmel PDX-2). This brutal V comes with a custom designed King V body made of basswood and through-body maple neck. Black w/Silver Bevels and Red w/Black Bevels comprise the color palette. Simple, deadly and beautiful. Lone tune-o-matic bridge and a pair of EMG`s mighty HZ humbuckers (these EMGs are passive) are found on the top. Master volume, master tone, and a three-position blade switch comprise the controls unit. Super fast maple neck supports a bound rosewood fingerboard. 24 jumbo frets, shark fin inlays, 1-11/16" nut and compound 12"-16" radius complete the fingerboard. Jackson`s own die-cast tuners wrap the specs list of the beastly PDXT V.
